30 for 30

hello

So I decided to take on Kendi's 30 for 30 challenge, choose 30 items from your closet and wear only those items for 30 days (minus accessories).  Honestly, I think this may be a little difficult mainly because all of my clothes don't fit me as well as they did before Max was born and I have not really allowed myself to shop all that much since I am hoping that these clothes will fit me better soon.  But since I have 3 weeks left of maternity leave, I decided now would be a good time to challenge myself and try and be as creative as possible with what I have that (sort of) fits.  I did plan on having pictures of all of the items for this post but I am afraid that will have to wait (hopefully tomorrow).  So here is the breakdown:

tops: (8)
men's button down white/blue striped shirt
black puffy sleeve top
plaid red/blue tunic
black/white button down tunic
white flowy bouse
black/white striped shirt
fushia ruffle blouse
bright blue tunic

pants: (5)
trouser jeans
blackish skinny jeans
dark jeggings
light skinny jeans
brown skinny pants

dresses: (3)
off white dress
mustard dress
geometric dress
4th dress to be named once I try some on!

sweaters: (4)
green hoodie
cream cardigan
grey cardigan
pink cardigan

shoes: (5)
brown oxfords
brown booties
grey booties
brown fringe boots
black shoes with white polka dots

skirts: (1)
grey wool a-line

blazers: (1)
wool blazer

leggings: (2)
black leggings
brown leggings

I am not including jackets in this since it depends more on the weather than anything else.  I am excited to start this tomorrow.  Check back to see my first remix!

Here is a list of all 337 brave souls who have taken this challenge.  Be sure to check them out too!
