So we got a package today... and it was our new baby bundle order from gdiapers. Ok, so most people probably don't get that excited about diapers but man, these are adorable. We got 12 xsmall newborn gpants and 6 different small gpants. It finally prompted us to get ourselves in gear and do a dedicated pregnancy photo shoot. So Damien set up all his photo gear on the back porch and we did our long overdue pictures. We still have our idea for our Mad Men-esque backyard picnic shoot (we found the perfect table cloth) but we need to pick up our pram first and we need to have the time to do it. Lately, we haven't had time to do much for ourselves. Damien has been working 6 days a week, shooting weddings on the weekends and I have been finishing up my portfolio and trying to get all my correcting and final exams ready. Wednesday is my last day of school so there is an end in sight. It is kind of weird since I won't really be going back to work until December. I do plan to start the school year if I can but September 21 is going to come awfully quickly and then it's 3 months off for me!

My husband & I ordered the same baby bundle for a boy too! I am anxiously awaiting for it... those tiny G's are so, so cute! We'll see our little guy October 18th (give or take a few days.) I agree with the ladies above, you & your husband are absolutely adorable :) xx

ReplyDeleteoh those of us who have been cloth diapering a little love to get those new Fluffy mail packages. It's like Christmas. There's just something theraputic about opening a package and pulling out adorable and sometimes very tiny diapers. =)

ReplyDeleteso great that you choose to go with Gdiapers as did my hubby and I, We got ours while he was stationed at Fort Rucker, AL for 3 months and I went to pick them up at the P.O. on post, I was so excited that I opened them right there and showed them to the lady behind the counter, 2 mins later my hubby walks in all smiles, she said this must be him :) we love them, good luck with the baby and have a happy pregnacy!

ReplyDeleteWe just got our sweet bundle in the mail Monday and found out we're having a boy yesterday. I totally get the excitement. I took one to work, knocked on my neighbor's door, emailed pics to a friend, just to share the excitement with others! g's are definitely worth getting pee-in-your-pants (pun intended) excited about!
