Yesterday Damien and I took his dad and my mom to Providence for the afternoon to enjoy some falafel and I was met with a completely unexpected surprise...a traveling vegan frozen treat mobile. My mouth dropped open as I crossed the street to see what amazing items were on the menu. Vegan soft-serve ice cream was my obvious choice. I had a nice conversation with the woman who runs the business and will be befriending her on facebook. She said she travels around so to check out her facebook account to see where she will be next. I most certainly will be and I encourage others to do the same.
