Adopt-a-family

I apologize for not getting my second post up yesterday about the Boston Fashion Blogger Meet-up as promised. I don't know where the day went and I had a ton of school work to do and since I am getting paid for that work... And honestly, I don't have the time right now to do a post that will do Saturday's event justice so I am going to push it back another day, at least. But I will get up all the details about it this week, that I can promise. My friend and co-worker is picking me up in about an hour so we can go out and do some Christmas shopping. She is an English teacher and so we asked the people in our departments if, instead of exchanging gifts this year, they would want to participate in Adopt-A-Family in which you buy gifts for families in need. We ended up adopting a family of 2 children and since ours will be the only gifts they receive this Christmas, we want to find them the best ones we can.
