This was our first trip to Acadia and our first experience with Airbnb. Both were phenomenal. We had considered using Airbnb when we did our cross country trip two years ago but we were pretty unfamiliar with it all and it was already a pretty overwhelming trip that we chickened out last minute. We have since used it for this trip and again for our recent trip to the Adirondacks and we are totally sold. For both trips, I put in countless hours of searching and researching to be sure that we got exactly what we wanted. And so far, so good.
This trip was, well, you can probably see from the photos. The trip was picturesque. From Cadillac Mountain, to Thunder Hole to Sandy Beach, all of it was beautiful. We had perfect weather. We will definitely be making another trip there next year and will most likely stay in the same house. It was a super modern home with great amenities and PLENTY of space.
Oh Acadia, just another place to fall in love with.
