We left Max with Damien's mom and went to one of our favorite restaurants, a Spanish tapas restaurant in Worcester. I was able to snap a few self-style pictures before heading out, and then Damien took a few more before going inside for a wonderful dinner. We had some drinks (I opted for Guinness, and it was delicious), good food, and just enjoyed being together. It was nice to be out, just the two of us, but nothing compared to the feeling of coming home to our son, and spending the rest of the evening together as a family.

Our 2nd wedding anniversary
We got dressed up last night and headed out to celebrate our 2nd wedding anniversary. It's funny because we celebrated our two years of being married, but we have been together almost 8 years. We wrote our own ceremony for our wedding because it was so important to us to focus on the continuation of our love, not the beginning. October 11 will always be a special day since it is the day that we stood up in front of all of our friends and family and vowed to one another to continue to love and care for one another the same way we had over the first 6 years but we will continue to celebrate February 15 which is the day that started it all...
