When I originally ordered this dress from Modcloth, I ordered it as just that, a dress. And when I chose it as one of my 30 for 30 items, I again chose it as just that, a dress. Well my friends, this is one short dress. I think it has officially been reassigned to tunics. I am tall, 5'10, but this a size large. I'm not that tall. Luckily, it still looks nice, even over a pair of skinny pants and it can certainly be worn with leggings. I am a little disappointed because I would have liked to have worn it with a nice pair of tights to work, but I think that might be pushing it. We'll have to see...

I am hoping to make it off of the front porch one day again soon. It may not happen until I am back at work and can sneak a few pics in before picking Max up from daycare.
I love that dress as a tunic, what a great color! And I love all of your fabulous accessories!!! Beautiful.

I love the color of that dress, and your gloves are awesome! I don't know where you find the time for photos with little Max, but I'm glad you do!
ReplyDeleteGreat look and remix, I especially love the mix of yellow and grey!! Now I wish I had a yellow piece in my 30 items. :)
ReplyDeleteThe color and fit of that trench coat is stunning! A great start on the 30 for 30 challenge fellow remixer :]
ReplyDeleteI love it styled with the coat. super cute! I always have the same problem with a "dress" being turned into a tunic because it is just too short!
ReplyDeleteI love that top! Fantastic look.
ReplyDeleteSorry to hear the length wasn't all you desired. However, you've done a great job at styling it to work for you! The yellow looks great on you too. A big thanks from ModCloth for featuring us on your blog.
